Will JD Vance announce Presidential run in 2025?

Market Description

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Vice President JD Vance announces that he is running for President in the 2028 U.S. presidential election by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Vance must definitively state his intent to run (e.g., "I am running for President" or equivalent unambiguous language); vague comments, speculative or contingent remarks or jokes will not suffice.
