Market Description

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Cluely achieves a public valuation of $1 billion USD or more, or raises a private funding round that values the company at $1 billion or more between June 30 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." To qualify, the valuation must be explicitly confirmed by Cluely or an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting.
